The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 8.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 112.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.55 per cent at Rs 234.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 177.00 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.83 per cent to Rs 199.05 crore from Rs 160.74 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 28.67 per cent at Rs 4.33 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 6.07 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 118.70 per cent to Rs 35.56 crore as against Rs 16.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 64.96 per cent in December quarter. Interest declined by 10.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 271.97 per cent at Rs 8.89 crore (Dec'19 Rs 2.39 crore).
