The base size of the NCD Issue is Rs. 400 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 600 crore aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 crore. The company had successfully raised Rs. 500 crore last year (Nov 2022) through Tranche I which was subscribed 3.03x times of the base size issue.
The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and NSE Limited. The company has a market capitalisation of over Rs. 21,500 crore.
