NBCC rises on inking MoU with MOHUA for FY 2022-23

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 30.90, up by 0.15 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 31.30 and Rs. 30.65 respectively. So far 402743 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 53.65 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.70 on 17-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 33.30 and Rs. 29.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5571.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.21% and 24.04% respectively.

NBCC (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the FY 2022-23 on September 28, 2022 with its Administrative Ministry, MoHUA (Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs), outlining the performance targets for the Company for the FY 2022-23.

The MoU sets the performance targets for the Company for the FY 2022-23 and provides the snapshot of the milestones to be achieved by the company in respect of Financial & Operational Performance Parameters.
