Bajaj Auto is currently trading at Rs. 3511.30, down by 15.80 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 3527.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3539.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3556.00 and Rs. 3475.00 respectively. So far 4870 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4130.15 on 01-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3028.35 on 20-Dec-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3693.95 and Rs. 3462.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 99329.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.56% and 22.68% respectively.

Bajaj Auto has reported marginal fall of 2% in total sales to 3,94,747 units in September 2022 as against 4,02,021 in the same month last year. Total domestic sales increased by 32% to 2,54,664  units in September 2022 as compared to 1,92,348 units in September 2021. However, total export sales decreased by 33% to 1,40,083 units in September 2022 as compared to 2,09,673 units in September 2021.

Total domestic two-wheeler sales were up by 28% at 2,22,912 units as compared to 1,73,945 units in the year-ago month. Total domestic Commercial Vehicles sales stood at 31,752 units in September 2022 as against 18,403 units in September 2021, registering a rise of 73 percent.

Bajaj Auto is world’s fourth largest two and three-wheeler manufacturer. Bajaj Auto has three plants in all, two at Waluj and Chakan in Maharashtra and one plant at Pant Nagar in Uttaranchal.
