Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is currently trading at Rs. 253.30, up by 6.50 points or 2.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 246.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 246.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 253.30 and Rs. 246.80 respectively. So far 474 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 342.25 on 22-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 221.00 on 23-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 256.95 and Rs. 241.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4977.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 84.83%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.03% and 12.14% respectively.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL) has successfully launched Fuel Cell Electric Vessel prototype, FCEV MDL on July 1, 2022. FCEV MDL is the very first hydrogen boat prototype which has been conceptualized and developed by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders with Tata Advanced Systems & Vijai Marine Services as technology partners. It is a 6 Passenger boat, fitted with a 6 KW Electric OBM, a 10.2 KWH Battery, Fuel Cell System and can run for 22 Hours with compressed Hydrogen filled in PESO approved Cylinders. The FCEV uses a green hydrogen fuel cell system having zero toxic emission, very few moving parts with a very low heat and acoustic signature.
