The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 6.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 132.78 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.92 per cent at Rs 1,068.95 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 775.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.70 per cent to Rs 1,005.59 crore from Rs 735.64 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 38.56 per cent at Rs 2.12 crore versus (Jun'21 Rs 1.53 crore). Operating Profit surged by 60.73 per cent to Rs 63.36 crore as against Rs 39.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.50 per cent in June quarter. Interest grew by 53.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 131.40 per cent at Rs 4.79 crore (Jun'21 Rs 2.07 crore).
