Lupin is currently trading at Rs. 659.75, up by 31.95 points or 5.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 627.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 607.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 662.40 and Rs. 602.80 respectively. So far 603350 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1159.95 on 04-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 583.05 on 25-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 662.40 and Rs. 602.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 29815.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.45% and 11.45% respectively.

Lupin has reported a fall of 81.86% in its net profit at Rs 117.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 645.87 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 17.96% at Rs 2,738.97 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 3,338.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 86.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to net profit of Rs 548.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 12.76% at Rs 3,749.40 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 4,298.02 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
