L&T moves up on raising Rs 2000 crore through NCDs

Larsen & Toubro is currently trading at Rs. 2154.10, up by 20.95 points or 0.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 2133.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2134.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2155.00 and Rs. 2122.95 respectively. So far 6865 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2297.30 on 20-Jan-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1456.80 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2241.10 and Rs. 2122.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 302263.00 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 63.28% and 36.69% stake respectively in the company.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has raised Rs 2000 crore through allotment of 2,00,000 7.725% Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1 lakh each. The said NCDs will mature on April 28, 2028. The said Debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India.
