Jubilant Foods to buy remaining 10% stake in JV with Golden Harvest
Jubilant Food Works on Tuesday said it will acquire the remaining 10 per cent share in its joint venture Jubilant Golden Harvest from Golden Harvest. After this, Jubilant Food Works (JFL) would have Golden Harvest's 49 per cent stake in the JV, making JGHL, which offers domino's pizza in Bangladesh, a wholly-owned subsidiary, the company said in a regulatory filing
HC allows Invesco appeal against order on EGM to remove Zee's Punit Goenka
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday allowed an appeal filed by Invesco Developing Markets Fund, the largest shareholder of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (Zee), against a single-judge order granting interim injunction on holding an EGM to remove Zee's CEO Punit Goenka. A division bench of Justices S J Kathawalla and Milind Jadhav quashed and set aside the single bench order of October 2021.

Zomato faces backlash after announcing plans to deliver food in 10 minutes
Indian food-delivery giant Zomato Ltd is facing a backlash on social media for its plans to roll out a 10-minute food service that critics say raises roadsafety risks for delivery riders. CEO Deepinder Goyal said in a post late on Monday the service "Zomato Instant" would rely on a densely located network of so-called food "finishing stations", which will house bestseller items from restaurants and use a sophisticated demand prediction algorithm.
Malaysia'sIHH Healthcare offers $1.35 billion for Ramsay-Sime Darby JV
Ramsay Health Care Ltd and Malaysia-based Sime Darby Holdings have received a $1.35 billion buyout offer from IHH Healthcare Bhd for their Asia joint venture, the Australian hospital operator said on Tuesday. The proposal gives Ramsay Sime Darby an indicative enterprise value of 5.67 billion ringgit ($1.35billion) on a cash-free, debt-free basis, Ramsay Health Care said.
