Karma Energy touches roof on getting nod to divest entire stake in Batot Hydro Power
Karma Energy is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 21.85, up by 1.00 points or 4.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 21.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.85 and Rs. 21.70 respectively. So far 9294 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.75 on 06-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.92 on 09-Dec-2020.

Karma Energy has received approval from board of directors for disinvestment of entire stake in wholly owned material subsidiary company namely -- Batot Hydro Power. The total consideration to be received from such disposal is Rs 10 per share aggregating to Rs 35 crore. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 08, 2021 has approved the same.
