Kalpataru Power Transmission shines on getting nod to raise Rs 99 crore via NCDs

Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 515.95, up by 11.70 points or 2.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 504.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 503.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 517.95 and Rs. 503.05 respectively. So far 11662 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 532.75 on 02-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 332.30 on 11-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 532.75 and Rs. 501.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7706.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.91% and 6.55% respectively.

Kalpataru Power Transmission has received an approval for the issuance of Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 99 crore on private placement basis. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 8, 2022 has approved the same.
