KPI Global Infrastructure is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 135.50, up by 6.45 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 129.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 131.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 135.50 and Rs. 131.00 respectively. So far 11275 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 163.60 on 05-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.90 on 26-Mar-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 136.40 and Rs. 126.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 244.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.70%, while Non-Institutions held 47.30%.

KPI Global Infrastructure has signed an Operation & Maintenance Agreement & Land Lease Agreement for the period of 25 years for aggregating amount of Rs 38.97 crore with Anupam Rasayan India. The agreement is for 12.50 MW Solar Power Plant under Captive Power Producer (CPP) Category.

KPI Global Infrastructure is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers.
