KEC International rises on wining new orders of Rs 1,245 crore

KEC International is currently trading at Rs. 424.80, up by 7.00 points or 1.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 417.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 424.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 424.80 and Rs. 424.80 respectively. So far 200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 486.45 on 03-Mar-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 175.70 on 24-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 426.80 and Rs. 394.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10741.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.82 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.32 % and 11.87 % respectively.

KEC International has won new orders of Rs 1,245 crore across various businesses. The transmission and distribution business secured orders of Rs 629 crore for projects in India, SAARC, Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

The railways business got orders of Rs 446 crore in technologically enabled and conventional segments in India. The civil business has secured orders of Rs 107 crore for infra works in defence and industrial segments. The cables business got orders of Rs 63 crore for various types of cables in India and overseas.

KEC International is a global infrastructure EPC major. It has presence in power transmission and distribution, cables, railways, water, renewables and civil.
