Indian Hotels Company jumps on unveiling two upcoming hotels in Gujarat

Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 310.65, up by 5.45 points or 1.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 305.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 304.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 311.50 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. So far 143612 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 311.50 on 07-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 138.15 on 07-Sep-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 311.50 and Rs. 283.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 44146.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.76% and 17.05% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has unveiled two upcoming hotels in close proximity to the famed Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat. The two hotels include a 125-room Vivanta and a 150-room Ginger. Located at a short drive from the Statue of Unity, the hotels will offer a variety of dining and recreational facilities across both properties. In addition, the Vivanta hotel will feature conferencing and wellness facilities to cater to business as well as leisure travellers. This is a Greenfield project slated to open in 2025.
