India Renewable Energy moves higher on getting nod to raise funds up to Rs 26 crore

India Renewable Energy is currently trading at Rs. 15.32, up by 0.70 points or 4.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.62 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.35 and Rs. 14.90 respectively. So far 19149 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16.08 on 14-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.38 on 23-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 15.35 and Rs. 12.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 14.36%, while Non-Institutions held 85.64% in the company.  

Ind Renewable Energy has received an approval to raise the fund up to Rs 26 crore by way of Right issue. The terms of the issue will be decided by the board later. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 14, 2023, approved the same.

Ind Renewable Energy (Formerly known as Vakharia Power Infrastructure) (the Company) is a public Company located in Mumbai. The company is principally engaged in the business of Roof Top Solar Plant.
