IndiGo flies high on planning to raise funds

Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 1640.30, up by 18.30 points or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1622.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1629.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1654.05 and Rs. 1596.35 respectively. So far 16217 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1822.00 on 03-Mar-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 850.30 on 18-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1679.00 and Rs. 1596.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 63138.71 crore.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) is considering raising of funds by issue of equity shares through qualified institutions placement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to approval of the Company’s shareholders and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, wherever required. The Board of Directors of company is proposed to be held on May 07, 2021 to discuss and consider the same.

InterGlobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
