ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced change to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Large & Mid Cap Fund and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund).

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced change in fund managers under ICICI Prudential Large & Mid Cap Fund with effect from 28 June 2021. The Existing Fund Managers are Sankaran Naren and Prakash Gaurav Goel. The Proposed Fund Managers will be Sankaran Naren and Parag Thakkar.

All the other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs/SAI/addenda of the schemes except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
