ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
Change in Fund Manager/s under ICICI Prudential Nifty 5 yr Benchmark G-SEC ETF and ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Sep 2027 Index Fund (the scheme) with effect from August 22, 2022. The Existing Fund Manager(s) under ICICI Prudential Nifty 5 yr Benchmark G-SEC ETF are Rahul Goswami, Anuj Tagra and Naresh Chaudhary. The Revised Fund Manager(s) will be Rahul Goswami, Anuj Tagra and Darshil Dedhia. The Existing Fund Manager(s) under ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Sep 2027 Index Fund are Anuj Tagra, Chandni Gupta and Naresh Chaudhary. The Revised Fund Manager(s) will be Anuj Tagra, Chandni Gupta and Darshil Dedhia.
All the other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs/addenda of the Schemes except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs/addenda of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
