Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak, the honourable State Minister for Information & Communication Technology of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, visited BLS E-Services Citizen Service Center at Geeta Nagar, New Delhi.

The visit took place on August 21, 2023, at the BLS Sewa Kendra and Citizen Service Center (CSC) operated by BLS International providing Banking services and various Digital services G2C and B2C to the citizens in Geeta Nagar, New Delhi. Hon’ble Minister discussed about the working of BLS Sewa Kendra’s, entrepreneurship and delivery of various Fintech, G2C, B2C, B2B services helping citizens of our country.

Mr. Palak commended the exemplary efforts made by BLS E-Services, a subsidiary of BLS International, in providing a range of essential services to the residents of Geeta Nagar and adjoining areas. BLS E-Services Limited has approx. 50,000 such Kendra’s in the country working under Digital India and e-governance model developing entrepreneurship and skilling.

During his visit at the BLS E-services Citizen Service Center, Mr. Palak engaged in fruitful interactions with both the center operator and the visiting customers. Mr Palak viewed the payment withdrawal service - one customer actual transaction and handed over the receipt to the customer.

Mr Palak appreciated the BC model of BLS for empowerment of citizen by delivery of all financial services.
