Hero MotoCorp surges on strengthening partnership with Uttarakhand Government

Hero MotoCorp is currently trading at Rs. 2601.60, up by 5.00 points or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 2596.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2597.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2611.60 and Rs. 2576.00 respectively. So far 6730 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3043.40 on 10-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2148.00 on 08-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2617.30 and Rs. 2499.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 52022.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.46% and 11.79% respectively.

In keeping with its unwavering commitment to the preservation of biological diversity under the Project Hero Green Drive, Hero MotoCorp has handed over 300 motorcycles to the Himalayan Eco Restoration, Biodiversity Conservation and Livelihood Enhancement Society in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

As part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform ‘Hero WeCare’, Hero MotoCorp handed over 300 motorcycles, specially equipped with hooters, flashlight, leg guard, helmet lock and waterproof side bags along with 600 helmets. These motorcycles will enable the forest guards and rangers to conduct effective active patrols in the forest, thereby increasing their mobility to keep a check on poaching and illegal deforestation, forest fires, and protection of trees/forest and wild animals.
