Hatsun Agro Product surges on getting nod to invest in Swelect Taiyo Energy
Hatsun Agro Product is currently trading at Rs. 917.05, up by 24.10 points or 2.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 892.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 897.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 927.80 and Rs. 897.80 respectively. So far 1346 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,213.75 on 14-Mar-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 791.34 on 17-Jun-2022.

Hatsun Agro Product has received approval from board of directors to invest into paid up Equity Share Capital of Swelect Taiyo Energy not exceeding 20% of the paid up Equity Share Capital for the purpose of consuming the Solar Energy under Group Captive Consumption for the Company’s Plants situated in the State of Tamilnadu. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2023 has approved the same.
