The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.92 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 4.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 655.01 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.76 per cent at Rs 208.26 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 186.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.12 per cent to Rs 153.21 crore from Rs 164.95 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 21.20 per cent at Rs 3.01 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 3.82 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 157.24 per cent to Rs 55.05 crore as against Rs 21.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 130.23 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 6.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 622.11 per cent at Rs 13.72 crore (Mar'20 Rs 1.90 crore).
