HMA Agro Industries files DRHP with SEBI for Rs 480 crore IPO
HMA Agro Industries has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise Rs 480 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).
The company will use the net proceeds worth Rs 135 crore for funding working capital requirements as well as for general corporate purposes. Aryaman Financial Services is the book running lead manager for the IPO.
HMA Agro Industries is among the largest exporters of frozen buffalo meat products from India.
