HDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended scheme named ‘LIQUID ETF’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10. Entry load will be nil. No Exit load will be levied on redemptions made by Investors directly with the Fund in Creation Unit Size. The Scheme offers only one Plan and only one option which shall  be  daily  reinvestment  of  Income  Distribution  cum  Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked with NIFTY 1D Rate Index (TRI). The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 per application and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the Scheme is to invest in Tri-Party Repos in Government Securities or Treasury Bills (TREPS).  The  Scheme aims  to  provide  investment  returns  that,  before  expenses,  closely correspond  to  the  returns  of  the  NIFTY  1D  Rate  Index,  subject  to tracking errors.
