HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Statement of Additional Information of HDFC Mutual Fund (MF).
HDFC AMC has informed that, Prashant Jain, Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer has resigned from the services of HDFC AMC and ceases to be a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC with effect from close of business hours of August 30, 2022. Consequently, all references to Jain in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) stand deleted.
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC FM will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
