HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund (MF).

In compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Risk-o-meters of the following Schemes of HDFC MF stand revised as follows: For the HDFC Floating Rate Debt Fund, Existing Risk-o-meter is ‘Low to Moderate’, while Revised Risk-o-meter is ‘Moderate’ & For the HDFC Money Market Fund, Existing Risk-o-meter is ‘Moderate’, while Revised Risk-o-meter is ‘Low to Moderate’. The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolios as at February 28, 2023.

All other details of the Product Label and all other terms and conditions of the aforesaid Scheme remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the aforesaid Scheme of the Fund as amended from time to time.
