Gujarat Poly Electronics has entered into deed of assignment for Plot No. B-17/P/4 situated at GIDC, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The company has received provisional transfer order (PTO) from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) granting its permission to transfer and assign the leasehold rights, title and interest in respect of the said Sub-Plot.
The company hereby grants, assigns, releases, conveys, transfers and assures unto the Assignee, all its leasehold rights, title and interest in the Sub Plot No. B-17/P/4 aggregating to 1088.144 square meters forming part of larger land bearing Plot no. B-17/P admeasuring 6240 square meters to the Assignee subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions as mentioned in the provisional transfer order and receipt of the final transfer order from GIDC.
