Godrej Properties inches up on acquiring 7-acres land parcel in Bengaluru
Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 1158.00, up by 1.75 points or 0.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 1156.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1142.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1158.00 and Rs. 1142.95 respectively. So far 7880 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2598.00 on 14-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1130.20 on 20-Jun-2022.

Spread across approximately 7-acres, the project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 0.6 million square feet of saleable area and will be developed as a premium residential project comprising apartments of various configurations.
