Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers rises on entering into nine MoUs during Aero India 2023

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 448.95, up by 3.45 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 445.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 451.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 454.10 and Rs. 447.00 respectively. So far 29229 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 556.80 on 09-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 199.00 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 490.50 and Rs. 433.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5146.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.07% and 15.43% respectively.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has participated in the Aero India 2023 and entered into Nine non-binding Memorandum of understanding (MoUs). It has signed MoUs with Aerospace Engineers, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Dynatron, Keltron, Krasny Marine, Naval Group France, Rekise Marine, Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH and Tunga Aerospace Industries.

The company entered into MoU with Aerospace Engineers to Design, Development, Testing, Series Production and After Sales Engineers Service of Products requiring Advanced Technologies in the domain of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and Allied Systems. Moreover, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology and Garden Reach Shipbuilders have signed MoU to Design, engineering, construction and supply of Deep Sea Fishing Vessel / Boats of medium to large size.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers is a shipbuilding company in India under the administrative control of the MoD and primarily adhere to the shipbuilding requirements of the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard.
