FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 12 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in equity segment and net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19229.37 crore against gross selling of Rs 22990.54 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3761.17 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1632.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 1129.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 503.89 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15.31 crore against gross selling of Rs 30.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 15.24 crore in hybrid segment.
