FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 24 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7232.40 crore against gross selling of Rs 8517.06 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1284.66 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 82.46 crore against gross selling of Rs 267.73 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 185.27 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 2.77 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.36 crore in hybrid segment.
