FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 09 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segment both, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4950.13 crore against gross selling of Rs 9568.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4618.05 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 519.24 crore with gross sales of Rs 2174.99 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1655.75 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 10.31 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.78 crore in hybrid segment.
