FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 22 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6829.78 crore against gross selling of Rs 9692.49 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2862.71 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 650.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 343.57 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 307.05 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.22 crore against gross selling of Rs 17.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 11.79 crore in hybrid segment.
