FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 1 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 18425.55 crore against gross selling of Rs 23068.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4642.60 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 196.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 214.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 18.94 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16.43 crore against gross selling of Rs 51.95 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 35.52 crore in hybrid segment.
