FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per December 19 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in equity segment and net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11322.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 12060.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 737.43 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 537.08 crore against gross selling of Rs 386.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 150.42 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.65 crore against gross selling of Rs 19.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 7.38 crore in hybrid segment.
