FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per April 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5483.44 crore against gross selling of Rs 6443.93 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 960.49 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 517.21 crore against gross sales of Rs 1045.67 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 528.46 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.58 crore against gross selling of Rs 10.87 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2.29 crore in hybrid segment.
