FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 19 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9144.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 8286.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 858.06 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 714.74 crore against gross selling of Rs 405.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 309.30 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.63 crore against gross selling of Rs 14.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 8.58 crore in hybrid segment.
