FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 04 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19922.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 18645.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1277.60 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 193.40 crore against gross selling of Rs 197.61 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.21 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 37.11 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 16.70 crore in hybrid segment.
