FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 3 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10113.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 7121.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2991.73 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 660.43 crore against gross selling of Rs 1695.73 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1035.30 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 24.35 crore against gross selling of Rs 11.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 12.80 crore in hybrid segment.
