FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 15 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9178.44 crore against gross selling of Rs 7591.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1587.34 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 609.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 1761.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1152.00 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.91 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.38 crore in hybrid segment.
