FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 9 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11520.52 crore against gross selling of Rs 7569.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3950.96 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 423.54 crore against gross selling of Rs 1672.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1248.73 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 45.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 36.29 crore in hybrid segment.
