FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per February 22 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5750.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 4721.62 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1028.76 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 719.69 crore against gross selling of Rs 1439.08 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 719.39 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16.52 crore against gross selling of Rs 39.11 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 22.59 crore in hybrid segment.
