FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 07 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8613.40 crore against gross selling of Rs 8547.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 66.39 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 706.69 crore with gross sales of Rs 417.43 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 289.26 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13.69 crore against gross selling of Rs 27.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 14.11 crore in hybrid segment.
