FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 05 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10407.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 6941.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3465.95 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 724.11 crore with gross sales of Rs 579.85 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 144.26 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.43 crore in hybrid segment.
