The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7719.67 crore against gross selling of Rs 6057.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1662.52 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 331.73 crore against gross selling of Rs 470.47 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 138.74 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.14 crore against gross selling of Rs 241.58 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 239.44 crore in hybrid segment.
