FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per April 6 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7375.17 crore against gross selling of Rs 6552.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 822.46 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 858.15 crore against gross selling of Rs 1995.91 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1137.76 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 4.61 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.72 crore in hybrid segment.
