FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per October 20 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 22525.76 crore against gross selling of Rs 22477.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 48.75 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 292.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 720.74 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 428.44 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 73.27 crore against gross selling of Rs 93.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 20.21 crore in hybrid segment.
