FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per October 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10654.50 crore against gross selling of Rs 9175.84 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1478.66 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 711.85 crore with gross sales of Rs 1079.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 367.35 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 29.59 crore against gross selling of Rs 15.59 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 14.00 crore in hybrid segment.
