FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per May 27 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12548.11 crore against gross selling of Rs 11053.23 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1494.88 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 577.55 crore with gross sales of Rs 875.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 297.67 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 33.23 crore against gross selling of Rs 50.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 17.73 crore in hybrid segment.
