FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per May 11 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6805.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 5637.09 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1168.73 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 571.14 crore against gross selling of Rs 588.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 17.42 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10.59 crore against gross selling of Rs 19.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 8.53 crore in hybrid segment.
